This isn’t surprising at all. According to Lithuanian journalist Donatas Urbonas, LaVar showed up to Vytautas practice last week and instructed head coach Virginijus Seskus and the players how to do their jobs. We knew Lavar would eventually undermine the whole system.

Coach Seskus told that LaVar Ball will try to realize his ideas about more up-tempo basketball with more threes: "He'll try his system. I want to look at some things more closely. Maybe he'll motivate the players for Big Baller Brand Challenge Games"

The Lavar Effect is already happening, it actually took longer than I had thought it would. How much longer before this whole ‘overseas experiment’ blows up in his face.
