Appearing on ESPN L.A. Radio with Marcellus Wiley and Travis Rodgers, LaVar Ball claimed that Lonzo is better than the former NBA Finals MVP:
“Stop it! Stop. Stop. Stop it. Hell no. Lonzo, I’m gonna tell you what he does, makes everybody on the team better. Who don’t want to start a team with that? You put Kawhi on there, he won’t make everybody better. He’s gonna do his thing. He’s a specialty guy.”
I think we know why Lavar says what he says. He’s trying to promote his Junior Basketball league, which is probably not doing very well. His shoe company is probably not doing very well.
Bottom line, with the amount of press he’s received, he should be able to make anything happen. Unfortunately he’s all bark and no bite. Lavar should stick with wrestling and acting like a fool in the WWE, That he always will be able to deliver on.
