Florida State fired Willie Taggart on Sunday after the Seminoles lost in a blowout to rival Miami the day before. The firing has prompted a lot of rumors about who will replace him as the head coach.
One of the head coaches that has been linked to the Florida State opening is FAU head coach Lane Kiffin. CBS Sports’ Dennis Dodd reported that Kiffin has expressed interest in the job.

Kiffin later seemed to deny the reports on Twitter in response to a fan’s tweet.
