The Baltimore Ravens gave their first round draft pick Lamar Jackson the majority of the first team reps on Thursday. Just another sign that the leash on Joe Flacco is growing shorter by the day.
I thought today's practice was Lamar Jackson's best yet. He ran nearly the entire practice today and made some really good throws, a lot of completions and no interceptions (that were his fault).

Ravens head coach John Harbaugh was very pleased with Jackson’s performance. It’s safe to say he no longer thinks Joe Flacco is elite.
The Ravens challenged Lamar Jackson with today's practice by giving him almost all the reps. John Harbaugh said the rookie responded well to the challenge and the pressure of running the entire offense. Good day for the first-rounder.

Jackson has done nothing but impress the Ravens this off-season. He spoke with the media following practice on Thursday. He thought the experience was “pretty cool” and says he hasn’t yet had his best practice.
