The Lakers announced on Friday that they’re waiving DeMarcus Cousins to make room for Pistons big man Markieff Morris, after he received a contract buyout from Detroit.
Cousins tore his ACL in August, not long after signing, and never played a single minute for Lakers. He was hoping to return at some point in the playoffs.

That isn’t happening now and Twitter had some thoughts about Boogie’s stint in Los Angeles.
