Balls don’t lie.
Looks like Kyrie really has no plans for anything Celtics in the future.
According to sources, Irving disliked living in Boston and wasn’t a big fan of head coach Brad Stevens.
Even more surprising, it’s being reported that Kyrie had very little interest in team bonding and refused to take part in charity initiatives.
Take a look at the tweet below:
Jackie MacMullan: At the completion of the regular season, #Celtics set up 100 balls for charitable partners. Everyone signed them except Kyrie Irving. Pressed to do it, say sources, he was neither aggressive nor confrontational. He merely said, “No, I’m not interested in that.”

Apparently the Celtics prepare 100 green basketballs which are auctioned off to the team’s charitable partners.
The balls are signed by every member of the team and according to Macmullan, Irving refused saying “No, I’m not interested in that.”
Someone actually said they received one.
Not trying to start anything but I have one of those charity balls and he signed it… pic.twitter.com/UX9dqSiDdj

But that was from last year.
Actually it does. That’s last year’s ball. And Jarrell Eddie’s signature.
