On Kurt Warner day at Busch Stadium, yes really, he revealed he considered making an NFL comeback in 2018. The 46 year old said during an interview on the Cardinals broadcast that he talked to a coach about it.
Via USA Today Sports:
“I actually talked to a coach,” he said. “My wife said, ‘Go for it. I think it would be great.’ So I actually talked to a coach about possibly doing it if they needed someone. Then they went out and signed somebody. I don’t think they thought I was serious. So, I think we’re completely done now.”

Imagine a world where a team signed a 46 year old Kurt Warner and Colin Kaepernick remained unsigned. That would have been something.
The best part was Warner assuming that there was nobody else out there to play quarterback. Without a doubt he has CTE.
