Bryant seems to be quite protective of this nickname because recently he went to war with Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals who is currently applying for a trademark under the name “Black Mamba HYPERRUSH”.
Bryant thinks the company is getting rid of his infamous nickname, although for now, the US Patent and Trademark Office is against him.
