Carmelo Anthony’s NBA comeback might get even better next season.
With Leon Rose taking over as New York Knicks president, it’s believed the team will look into a reunion with Anthony in the offseason, according to the New York Post.

After playing just 10 games last season, the 35-year-old Anthony went unsigned in the offseason. He joined the Portland Trail Blazers in November, and has proved he still has something left in the tank. Anthony is averaging 15.5 points and 6.4 rebounds per game.
Though the Knicks aren’t expected to be a contender next season, Anthony would give fans a feel-good reason to be invested in the team. And if the Knicks perform better than expected, maybe Anthony can finally follow through on helping the team secure a championship.
