The Madison Square Garden Company Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Jim Dolan has tested positive for coronavirus. He has been in self-isolation and is experiencing little to no symptoms. He continues to oversee business operations.

Given the fact that he has little to no symptoms why was he tested? According to the government only those with symptoms should be using the test kits to see if they have the virus.
The NBA being tested while being shutdown with a low supply of test kits is a little troubling. Maybe their pals in China gave them some.
