The math here really doesn’t add up. If the Knicks miss out on one of the best players in the entire league their plan is to sign a player nowhere near the same level of talent. That doesn’t sound like much of a Plan B.
Don’t get me wrong, Boogie is a solid player who can still score and contribute on a nightly basis, but he’s no KD.
