Klay Thompson went down with a left knee injury in the third quarter after landing hard on his left leg following a foul. He would shoot his free throws before getting a full evaluation on the knee.

In the fourth quarter following the examination of his knee, Klay was seen leaving the Warriors locker room on crutches.

A few hours later Thompson’s agent confirmed the worst, he suffered a torn ACL in his left knee.

Add Thompson’s injury to the list of injuries that couldn’t have happened at a worse time. Kevin Durant is already on that list and as is the case with KD, Thompson was expecting to cash in this summer in free agency.
It’s a tough break for Thompson as the Warriors dynasty came to a brutal end.
