Cavaliers forward Kevin Love was taken to the locker room early on in Game 6 after banging heads with Jayson Tatum of the Celtics.
Love went down immediately. He stayed down on the court until play was stopped and the trainers could come take a look at him.

Love was then taken to the locker room where he remained. Extended evaluations in the locker room are never a good sign. He may have a concussion.
We’ll have to wait for the official word, but a return doesn’t seem likely at this time.
UPDATE: Love is being evaluated for a C word and will not return.
UPDATE: Per #Cavs Kevin Love experienced a hit to the head. Is continuing to be evaluated for a concussion & so as a precaution, he will be held out of play for the remainder of tonight’s game.
