Kevin Love Enjoying the Off-Season on Vacation With His Swimsuit Model Girlfriend Kate Bock

Cleveland Cavaliers forward Kevin Love isn’t missing the NBA playoffs at all.  He’s making the most of the early start to the off-season with his swimsuit model girlfriend Kate Bock.

The couple is spending some time together in Thailand.  A little fun in the sun and that means lots of bikini time for Love’s better half.
