Wanda Durant, affectionately known as Mama Durant, and “The Real MVP” is a strong leader, advocate, entrepreneur and philanthropist. She’s KD’s rock, and she’s been there for him from the jump.
Wanda was absent at the Parade, and we haven’t heard anything from her since he won, but luckily we were able to come across a speech she gave Kevin at a small little party she threw for Kevin. She couldn’t be there when they won for what she calls ‘personal reasons’ The party was held at the MGM National Harbor Resort & Casino outside of DC.

Wanda wasn’t only slam dunking congratulation speeches, she was also cutting the cake. This woman can do it all. Her nickname ‘The Real MVP’ is well deserved.
