Kevin Durant continues to recover from a strained calf he suffered in the Warriors second round series against the Houston Rockets.
On Thursday night, prior to Game 2 of the Western Conference Finals it was revealed that KD would also miss Games 3 and 4.

After the Warriors Game 2 victory, head coach Steve Kerr admitted that KD’s injury was more serious than the team initially thought it was.
“It’s a little more serious than we thought at the very beginning.”

I don’t know if I’m buying that. It might be more serious than the Warriors initially told everyone it was, but it looked like a significant injury when it first happened.
The team has been monitoring the injury very closely and it’s more likely they knew exactly the extent of Durant’s injury.
Unfortunately for Durant, and basketball fans who want Golden State to lose, the Warriors don’t seem to be missing him all that much.
