Kevin Durant commented on a highlight video of Knicks point guard Trey Burke, sparking rumors that he has plans to take his talents to New York. Burke is a former top ten pick who hasn’t quite lived up to his billing, but did have a bounce back season last season averaging 12.8 points and 4.7 assists.
KD’s comment noted the progress.
It’s probably going to take a little more than a highlight video of Burke to get him to put on the Knicks uniform. But dropping a seemingly random comment about a random Knicks player is an interesting move on KD’s part.
