Kevin Durant Selling Oceanfront Malibu House for $13.495 Million

Kevin Durant is doing some business during the NBA playoffs.

The man who is going to be a free agent soon, bought his Malibu pad back in April

The Golden State Warriors superstar has listed his Malibu home for sale at $13.495 million.

James Harris and David Parnes of the Agency and Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles are the agents with the listing.

Spectacular ocean and whitewater views from this completely remodeled home off Broad Beach. Situated on a private, gated street this home offers vaulted ceilings with an open floor plan and disappearing walls of glass showcasing the majestic cove. Durant is a 10-time all-star and was the NBA’s most valuable player in 2014. Last year, the high-scoring forward won his second NBA title with the Warriors while earning his second consecutive NBA Finals most valuable player award.

He is in the first year of a two-year, $61.5-million contract extension with the Warriors but can opt out of the deal and become a free agent at the end of the year.
