Dodgers closer Kenley Jansen had heart surgery on Monday after his heart went into atrial fibrillation last season for the third time since 2011.  His second heart surgery in the last few years was successful and he posted a video afterwards to update the fans.

In the video Jansen is resting comfortably in the hospital and getting in the Christmas spirit by listening to Mariah Carey.

Jansen is expected to be fully recovered and ready for the start of Spring Training in February.  Hopefully his heart problems are behind him and he’s able to finish his career without any further issues.
