Kawhi Leonard had one of the more entertaining free agency periods in recent memory. He discussed that with Chris Haynes of Yahoo Sports and shed some light on what went into his decision sign with the Clippers.
Kawhi also addressed the rumors about Magic Johnson revealing details of their conversation made him ultimately decide against signing with the Lakers. He also addressed the notion that he misled the Lakers and Raptors.
According to Kawhi, it was the media who misled the Lakers and Raptors. He maintains that it was very close between all three teams but that he chose the team that was best for him and his family.
