Spurs coach Gregg Popovich’s summer plans include a trip to his ancestral homeland. Popovich will head the list of coaches participating in the 17th edition of Basketball Without Borders Europe on Aug. 15-18 at the Zarkovo Sports Hall in Belgrade, the NBA, the International Basketball Federation and the Basketball Federation of Serbia announced Thursday.
