On Monday, January 7th, 2013 Katherine Webb-McCarron was at the National Championship Game supporting her future husband and Alabama quarterback A.J. McCarron. Miss Alabama 2012, and top ten finalist for Miss USA, caught the eye of sports broadcaster Brent Musburger.
After Musburger pointed her out during the game Webb’s life changed. She went from cheering on McCarron as he defeated Notre Dame for a National Championship to the pages of Sports Illustrated Swimsuit and various other opportunities.

On Tuesday, Webb, who is now married to McCarron with two children, looked back at that day and explained her decision to step out of the spotlight.
