Houston Astros pitcher Justin Verlander took to Twitter to send a message to former MLB prospect Danry Vasquez.
A video of Vasquez beating his girlfriend at a minor league ballpark back in 2016 was released earlier this week.
Verlander’s message was a high, hard one, like one of his fastballs.
🖕🏻 you man. I hope the rest of your life without baseball is horrible. You deserve all that is coming your way! https://t.co/e8nJ8urUAJ

I take it Verlander’s not a fan of Vasquez and domestic violence. I also take it, that even though we live in a time when athletes aren’t permitted to share their opinions, nobody will tell Verlander to just shut up and pitch.
