The Houston Astros traded Ken Giles to the Blue Jays for suspended Roberto Osuna. This move isn’t going to be well received by all Astros fans, given Osuna is serving the suspension for domestic violence.
It also isn’t a move that’s going to sit well with all of the Astros players. Pitcher Justin Verlander was asked about it and he toed the line, but doesn’t seem like a fan of it.
Justin Verlander on Roberto Osuna: "The thing for us to remember here, is that the details haven’t come to light … Obviously, I’ve said some pretty inflammatory things about stuff like this in the past and I stand by my words."

The Astros might have just ended their shot at a return to the World Series. This controversial trade could split the locker room. Sometimes a move can hurt more than help.
