Justin Upton has been placed on the 10 day disabled list by the Angels with a left index finger laceration. According to the 30 year old, he cut his finger on a broken wine glass on Sunday.
The injury required four stitches…

Upton is having a strong season with 26 home runs and 74 RBIs. Shockingly, the Angels are not and are currently 13 and a half games out in the AL West.
The loss of Upton, while unfortunate, won’t have any impact of the rest of the season for the Angels.
