The NFL recently agreed to a new collective bargaining agreement that has a much more tolerant drug policy when it comes to marijuana. One of the players who would benefit from a more lenient drug policy is receiver Josh Gordon.
The 28-year-old was suspended indefinitely last season by the NFL for another violation of the league’s substance abuse policy. It’s the sixth time Gordon has been suspended by the NFL.
Despite the new policy, Gordon will have to be reinstated under the old policy. He has every intention of playing next season.
