Raiders head coach Jon Gruden doesn’t have time for things like the Pro Bowl or Super Bowl. He’s far too busy with important things like the Senior Bowl.
On Saturday during the Senior Bowl game, Gruden and the Raiders went around claiming players by putting stickers on the helmets of players.
Who said Jon Gruden doesn’t know what he’s doing? He’s one step ahead of the rest of the league.
Gruden isn’t waiting for the NFL Draft like the rest of the league. He sent kids home covered in Raiders stickers.
Everyone is getting a @Raiders sticker 👀☠️

I didn’t see it until this moment, but the Raiders are officially back. Throw out this season’s record. Gruden’s long-term plan is just starting to take shape.
No wonder the Raiders gave Gruden a 10-year deal.
