The Hamilton Tiger-Cats have traded Johnny Manziel to the Montreal Alouettes. It’s officially Comeback SZN and Johnny Football will be back on the field.

Manziel wasn’t going to see the field with Hamilton. The Alouettes have a different situation at the QB position. They’ve been through three quarterbacks already this season and he’s expected to get a shot at starting.
This is a good situation for Manziel. In addition to getting playing time, the Alouettes head coach Mike Sherman is familiar with Manziel, he coached him in 2011 at Texas A&M.
