Johnny Manziel made his Spring League debut on Saturday night. The former Heisman Trophy winner had flashes of his Johnny Football.
Remember this guy?

Manziel finished 9 of 15 for 83 yards and a touchdown in just about two quarters of action. Not exactly setting the world on fire, but not bad for a guy who last played a football game in December 2015.
In his first time playing competitive football in forever, Johnny Manziel was 9 of 15 for 83 yards and a TD, while taking 3 sacks in about 2 quarters of Spring League play: https://t.co/MiIvCfAC6B

It should be interesting to see how the rest of the Spring League goes for Manziel and whether or not he’s able to show enough to get a call from an NFL team.
