Wall will miss his first game of the year Wednesday as he attends to a personal matter, and it’s not clear if the absence will extend more than one game.
We know the real reason why he’s not playing tonight.

This was also confirmed by Candace Buckner of the post as well.
Of course with the nature of “personal reasons,” the team does not announce why Wall is not in Atlanta. But he IS an expectant father. In NYC, I talked to John abt being on call for his son’s birth while on a road trip & he wasn’t nervous. Easy flight back home, he said. https://t.co/Rh5P9BPWEH

Good luck to John on the impending birth of his son. Wishing he and the mother a healthy delivery.
