Joey Chestnut won his 11th Nathan’s Hot Dog Eating Contest on Wednesday and set a record with 74 hot dogs eaten. One would assume that it’s a lot of calories.
Thanks to Darren Rovell we know it’s 22,200 calories. We also know, according to the rest of the “nutritional” facts, Joey probably spent a good part of the afternoon on the toilet.

Hopefully the 34 year old competitive eater was able to fully recover in time to enjoy some fireworks. Or maybe make some of his own.
