On Saturday 76ers big man Joel Embiid had surgery on his orbital fracture. Afterwards, apparently high in painkillers and not enjoying Kansas’ loss to Villanova, he took another shot at Rihanna.
The entire exchange played out on Twitter and despite this being Embiid’s second try at the pop singer, Rihanna did not respond.

Although he has yet to sink his Shot With Rihanna, you have to respect his persistence. If the process is true, trusting in it will eventually payoff for Embiid.
For now we’ll enjoy his repeated attempts to get Rihanna’s attention. He’ll have a few weeks while he recovers from his orbital fracture to take a few more shots.
