Joe Burrow is entering the NFL Draft later this month as the presumptive No. 1 overall pick and he’s doing so confident he will be able to turn the Bengals, or whoever ends up drafting him, into a winner.
Burrow points out he’s been a winner at every level and expects that to continue in the NFL. He’s going to have his work cut out for him in Cincinnati.
