The 33-year-old shared a heartfelt message on Monday night, sharing his gratitude for the support he’s received over the years and stating he’s “given everything I have in pursuit of a ring.”

Graham is scheduled to make $7.450 million in 2020 with the Packers but the two sides could agree to part ways after another unproductive season in green and yellow.
The tight end caught just 38 balls for 447 yards and three touchdowns in 2019.
