San Francisco 49ers quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo suffered a season-ending torn ACL injury in Sunday’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs, and as we first showed you his rumored ex-girlfriend was less than sympathetic.

When people are telling you to ‘Go Kill Yourself’ and ‘Hope you die,’ you may have crossed the line. Telling someone who just tore their ACL that it was Karma, is pretty bad karma itself.
