A Twitter exchange on Sunday morning with former NFL receiver Chad Johnson has people believing that Jimmy Butler is headed to the Heat. Johnson tweeted at Butler asking if he was in Miami, because he wants a game of one-on-one with the NBA All-Star.
Butler responded that he will call Johnson as soon as he gets his contract done. He then challenged the former receiver to a foot race.

Miami is one of the teams that is reportedly high on Butler’s list of destinations. If he’s in town it certainly indicates that he would like to end up there.
It might be a while before Johnson gets that call. In order for Butler to end up on the Heat a sign-and-trade agreement will have to be put into place first.
