Last weekend news came out that there were problems in former MLB player Jim Edmonds’ marriage. According to reports, he had sent a woman known as the “baseball madame” nude text messages while his wife was pregnant.
The FOX Sports Midwest announcer owned up to the inappropriate text messages, but denied a sexual relationship with her, despite there being reports that he had met up with her while on the road.
The mistress has been identified and is speaking out. She is 34-year-old Jennifer Villegas and she tells All About The Tea that the two had a consensual sexual relationship and is willing to take a lie detector test.
She’s 34 years-old, works in the hospitality industry, and tells AllAboutTheTEA.com that she’s willing to take a lie detector test to prove that she and the former STL Cardinals baseball player engaged in a consensual sexual relationship and she never extorted him.
“Recent allegations labeling me an extortionist are false. Throughout this ordeal, myself and my child have been threatened by his wife.” Jennifer Villegas tells AllAboutTheTEA.com exclusively.
“I want to make a few things very clear — I never set anyone up, blackmailed anyone nor have I attempted to ruin anyone’s family. All my relationships have involved two consenting adults. I made a poor decision to enter a relationship with a married man, and for that I am sorry.” Jennifer Villegas statement continued.
Whoops, I guess Jim never expected his mistress to be uncovered or speak out about what went down. Don’t be surprised if his marriage ends in divorce.
