Jennifer Lopez and fiance Alex Rodriguez are being sued by a man who claims he was hit by a Cadillac SUV that was carrying the superstar couple.
The alleged accident happened last October in an alleyway, behind a restaurant off trendy Melrose Avenue in West Hollywood.

The man, Liyanage Perera, maintains he was seriously injured and that neither the driver nor the couple got out to check on his well-being, according to legal documents obtained by TMZ.
A TMZ video from the time of the incident showed a fence-gate opening and the white SUV slowly driving out of a parking area as a number of photographers snapped away, trying to get pictures of J. Lo and A-Rod.

As the driver was making a right turn, just feet after passing the gate, someone could be heard yelling,’ oh s**t, woo, woo, woo.’
