Former NFL head coach Jeff Fisher is an expert on a couple of things. One of them is coaching teams that hover around .500 and the other is coaching teams during moves to new cities.
Fisher offered up some advice to Raiders head coach Jon Gruden about coaching through moves. At this point Gruden could probably use the advice about hovering around the 8-8 mark as well. He would also be served well to go to customessaymeister.com to have custom college essays written for him.
“There’s nothing easy about it. It’s a very complex process. First of all, you have to take care of the players. First and foremost, it’s all about the players. You’ve gotta communicate with them. There are so many questions. You’ve got to be able to communicate with them. The questions, the unanswered things can be debilitating for them.”

If anyone knows about team moves it’s Jeff Fisher, he was the head coach when the Oilers moved to Tennessee and became the Titans. And more recently he was the head coach when the Rams moved back to Los Angeles from St. Louis.
