As it stands right now the Patriots are going with second year quarterback Jarrett Stidham as their starting quarterback. They will likely add a quarterback prior to the season, either through the draft or by signing a veteran.
According to ESPN’s Todd McShay, Stidham isn’t ready to lead the Patriots offense.
On “Get Up” on Monday morning, McShay revealed that he’s been talking to people within the Patriots organization and they have a lot of good things to say about him, but believe that the 23-year-old isn’t ready.
