Rockets star James Harden was stopped by traffic police in China on Saturday.  He was riding scooter at the time and apparently riding a “battery car” is against regulations in Shanghai.

After the stop it wasn’t known if he was given a citation or if the police knew who he was when they stopped him.  We’re not going to make the same lame traveling joke the rest of the internet made about Harden being stopped by the traffic police. 

Maybe if he was stopped by the police while he was on foot, since everyone knows how much he likes to take extra steps.
