Winston, who won the Heisman Trophy in 2013 at Florida State, started 70 games for the Buccaneers, going 28-42, including a 9-7 record in 2016 — one of just two winning seasons for Tampa Bay in the past decade.
He led the NFL with 5,109 passing yards in 2019 but also became the first quarterback in league history to throw for 30 touchdowns and 30 interceptions.
