Last week at a Nike camp in his native Chicago, Lakers star Anthony Davis didn’t completely douse the flames that he will re-sign in Tinseltown following this season, when he will become a free agent.
“I mean, (this is) definitely hometown,” he said, according to the Chicago Tribune when asked about possibly signing with the Bulls one day. “If the opportunity ever presents itself and when that time comes, I’d definitely consider it.”
It’s not like Davis is going to come out and make a blanket statement regarding his future, especially in front of a crowd of kids.
