Alabama quarterback Jalen Hurts was outplayed by Tua Tagovailoa during the Crimson Tide’s Week 1 win.  Tua was named the starter for Week 2 and new transfer rumors for Hurts have surfaced.

Alabama reporter Aaron Suttles is reporting that Hurts plans to redshirt this season and transfer after he graduates at the end of the year.

One rumored landed spot for Hurts is Auburn.  That would be a very interesting school for Hurts to transfer to.  We don’t know where he will end up yet, but his time in Bama, unless Tua gets injured, is likely close to the end.
