An NFL team in London has been talked about ever since the NFL started holding regular season games there a couple of years ago. Many have speculated that if a franchise were to relocate to London, that it would be the Jacksonville Jaguars.
A rumor that the NFL was considering relocating the Chargers from Los Angeles to London was denied by the team and the league. Now Jaguars owner Shad Khan is doing the same when it comes to his team.
While he admitted that Jacksonville needs London in order to have a stable franchise, he denied there were any plans to move the Jaguars to London. In fact, Khan doesn’t think the league is close to moving a team overseas.
