The Jaguars appear to have taken running back Leonard Fournette off of the trade block, at least for now anyway. The team tried to trade the former first-round pick during the draft but were unable to do so.
After failing to move Fournette, the Jaguars declined his fifth-year option which seems to indicate they plan to move on from him one way or another.
Jacksonville general manager Dave Caldwell admitted to the trade attempt, but says the plans now are to move forward with Fournette on the team this season.
