The Texans traded away Jadeveon Clowney and his expiring contract to the Seahawks last season. While the talented pass rusher did help Seattle in the postseason, he hasn’t received many looks in free agency.
Clowney’s ridiculous asking price might be to blame. According to reports, he’s seeking a $20 million a season payday. Teams aren’t likely to pay that kind of money to Clowney.
