The World Series champion Boston Red Sox are off to a slow start. They’re 2-5 on the young season and haven’t quite figured out that the season has started.
On Thursday afternoon in Oakland, outfielders Jackie Bradley Jr. and Mookie Betts made a little league mistake that plated a couple of runs.
The two Gold Glovers watched a ball land between them and bounce over the fence for a ground rule double.
