J.R. Smith is Unlikely to Sign With the Lakers After Being Released by the Cavs

Once guard JR Smith clears waivers, the Los Angeles Lakers are an unlikely destination, league sources tell ESPN.

If he doesn’t sign with the Lakers, and LeBron doesn’t want him back, it’s unclear if there are any other interested teams.  A world without J.R. Smith in the NBA isn’t a world we want to live in.
