“It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia” actor and creator Rob McElhenney responded to a tweet from the Phillies that used lyrics from a song that appears on the popular TV show.
In his response to the Phillies tweet, McElhenney references an episode of the show by asking Bryce Harper if he wants to have a catch.
Hey Bryce- i feel like i can call you Bryce because we are so much alike. Wanna have a catch? https://t.co/DzZQbzfk8r

To make things even better, Harper responded to McElhenney’s tweet and did with a reference from the episode.
You sure can call me Bryce. I bet this will be a real ‘grand slam’ of a friendship. Let’s have a catch sometime this summer at the Bank! #PhillyLoaded https://t.co/QN9ZcBMhIZ

If there were any Phillies fans still not 100% on board with the Harper signing after this, and the Mike Trout tampering, then those fans might not ever be.
I’m not a Phillies fan, I think the contract they gave him will be an enormous waste of money and I really don’t like Bryce Harper all that much.
With that said, I have to admit the Always Sunny reference does make me dislike him just a little bit less.
